Asparagus
Asparagus Wrapped in Parma Ham
Ingredients
12 slices of parma ham
24 asparagus spears
Olive oil
Salt
Method
Boil asparagus for 4 minutes and allow to cool
Cut parma ham slices in half
Wrap each spear in parma ham
Drizzle with olive oil and top with salt
Place in 200C oven for 10 minutes
